Thank you for the opportunity to comment on our experience with our agent, Bridgett Rentie. 

We needed to find a home quickly and had only one weekend to do so.  We looked at a number of homes on the Internet, then narrowed our list to 8-10.  Before even coming to Grand Junction we were in contact with Bridgett on a daily basis.  She was always cheerful and helpful.  She sent information on the houses we expressed interest in, as well as information on others she thought we might like based on the ones we selected.

After we took care of some initial business after our arrival in Grand Junction, we called Bridgett.  She met us at her office and took us around to the homes we wanted to view.  She was very patient with our questions and requests.  Bridgett gave us the impression that nothing else mattered that weekend.  She was there just for us.  One house really caught our attention (the one we ended up purchasing).  After going through it, we went to a couple of others.  We asked to go back to this one and she had no problem with our request.  We told her we wanted the house, so she immediately got things going.  We called her the next day (Sunday) and asked if we could see the house again to take some photos.  She seemed happy to take us back through.  She then met us at the airport the next day with additional paperwork on the house.

After returning to our home in Texas, we called Bridgett and asked if she could take a few more photos of areas that we missed.  She got right on it and emailed them to us.  We needed to know what kind of hookups we needed for appliances, so she sketched those and sent them as well.

Bridgett was so patient during the process of getting paperwork together.  We had to fax forms back and forth, sometimes the same one several times, when we signed on the wrong lines.  We did not get as much assistance from our Realtor in Texas, and she is a personal friend of ours.

Purchasing a new home is very stressful.  Our experience was limited for the most part to Bridgett Rentie.  She made the process pleasant and helped relieve much of our stress.  We cannot say enough about her work ethic and her customer service abilities.
